Covid-19 Notice

Beginning Saturday 3/21, consistent with Governor Abbott’s announcement, we will offer wine club pick up and bottle sales only at all our Grape Creek locations and Heath Sparkling. We have extended the option of paid sick leave to all of our staff, especially anyone in the high risk groups, so our staffing levels may vary. Please don’t come if you feel sick, are sneezing or coughing.

We appreciate your patience and support of  these limitations. We will update this message as needed. Thank you.

Our Story

Two great winemakers | Four beautiful wines

Each wine is sourced from carefully selected vineyards.

Specifically farmed to yield desired lower sugar and higher acid harvests.

Heath Sparkling Wines begin at Grape Creek Vineyards. The Cuvée (base wine for sparkling wine or Champagne) is crafted by our own, widely decorated Winemaker Jason Englert.

Finished by the Specialists.

In-bottle secondary fermentation (Méthode Champenoise) is guided by Penny Gadd-Coster, named “Winemaker of the Year” in the inaugural 2013 Wine Industry Awards and Best of Class Sparkling Wine, 2018 San Fransico Chronicle Wine Competition.
