Salmon Cream Cheese Spread

Makes 1 Quart, Prep/Cook Time 15 min


  • 12 oz of Smoked Salmon 
  • 1 lb of Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • Salt as needed


  1. Whip cream cheese in mixer for 2 min on medium speed, until spreadable.
  2. Add smoked salmon, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and blend with cream cheese, until thoroughly mixed
  3. Add in salt as needed for desired taste
  4. Transfer to storage container and chill in refrigerator for 15 min before use 
  5. Spread on your favorite cracker or baguette and enjoy with a glass of Heath Sparkling Ebullience
