Account Access Change, COVID-19 & Thanksgiving Notice

Members: We have made a software change for the better!  Follow these instructions to login to your Heath Sparkling membership with the new system.
We are OPEN. Learn about the COVID-19 protocols we have in place and available services.

All locations will be closed, November 26th, in observance of Thanksgiving Day.

Member Account Access Instructions

We have recently upgraded our software provider. To ensure a smooth transition, we have provided a simple process for you to regain access to your account. Once you are logged in, you can edit your password, change your shipping/billing address, update credit card information and purchase your favorite wines! 

Follow these steps to access your account:

  • Go to heathsparkling.com
  • In the top left corner, click ‘LOGIN’.
  • Towards the bottom of the page, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.
  • Check your email inbox. You should receive a message titled: ‘Heath Sparkling Wines – Reset Password‘. Follow the steps within the email to reset your password.
  • At this point, you should be able to login from a desktop or mobile device. Feel free to edit your profile so that we have your current information.

Once your account is updated, it’s easy to access at any time by visiting heathsparkling.com and clicking ‘LOGIN’. If accessing on a mobile device, the path to login begins in the lower right corner of the screen.
